Cupola offers a Full-size bed (cm.140x200), Sistina offers a Queen_size bed (cm.180x200) and two single bed (cm.85x200). If you have children staying at Michelangelo, we can arrange for extra beds to be added to your suite.
Bathroom is comfortable, with bidet, and large showers. Call us for more details. You will find liquid and traditional soap on the lavatory, hair dresser. A set of three towels (S,M,L) per person is provided.
We are located at the third floor, and there is not an elevator. If you have any particular needs please let us know.

That’s the closest spot to St. Peter’s Dome out of the Vatican! Even if it’s really a central area, you will enjoy the pleasure to be awakened up by the sound of birds. Few steps to St. Peter’s square (4’) a pleasant walk to Castel Sant’Angelo (10’) and then, passing the bridge, you’re at via dei Coronari (15’), Piazza Navona (25’) and then Pantheon, Campo dei fiori, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps.
If you land at Rome Fiumicino transfer from/to airport is 45€ (link). The standard taxi fare to Michelangelo is 48€. A local train, 8€, connects you to Trastevere train station, from which transfer to the venue is available via another train (2 stops) to St.Peter’s railway station. If you are landing in Ciampino, the taxi fare is 30. You may also take a bus to via Crescenzio, which is a short walk from us.
If you are arriving at Termini (railway station) you may take bus 64. The venue is 2 stops across the river, and the ride is 30 minutes. If your train gets in at Tiburtina (Rome’s second largest railway station), you will need to get on bus number 62 up . The ride to the venue is 40 minutes. to the last stop before the river, then lines 46,64,916 for 2 more stops. If you will be using Rome’s public transit, please note that tickets (1,50 € - 90’) must be purchased before boarding buses.
If you will be joining us by car, we are not in a restricted traffic area, but just in front of the place where the Pope Francesco decided to live so very often, for security reasons, parking is not allowed.
In everyday life you can easily find a parking in the area. If you prefer a garage, ask us to reserve one for you no far away from here.
Michelangelo is conveniently located near many public transit stops. On via di Porta Cavalleggeri, right across the street from the venue, there are bus lines that can take you to the ancient Rome area. However, we suggest that you to take a bus to across the river (2 stops) and to walk around and explore the city instead. Most of the sights are within 45 minutes of the hotel.
