DAMA CON L’UNICORNO

Our first suite is named after one of his paintings housed a few meters away at the Galleria Borghese, and is meant to be a stately welcome to our guests.

The coral color of the setate walls, the two windows overlooking the piazzetta, and the large size of the suite and its bathroom will suit our most refined guests. Like the Three Graces, this suite is a SENATOR, a superior category, then. It houses a beautiful 19th-century velvet armchair and an antique safe that we found bricked up here where you see it.

The ceilings are in hand-decorated wooden beams in geometric patterns, more than a century old. Oak parquet floors, my great-grandmother’s old wardrobe cabinets, and a beautiful circular console table make up the furnishings.

The bathroom has hand-painted tiles from Vietri, which we found and dismantled, cleaned, selected and reassembled to a new design with state-of-the-art sanitary ware.. It has a nice buffet kitchen and a breakfast cabinet. Like all suites it is equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and NESPRESSO machine.
