The first restaurant in Italy to have a true carbonara menu, Eggs offers ten shades of carbonara, starting with the Classic one, and two vegetarian versions. There is also the 1954 Carbonara, prepared with the first recipe ever published, which appeared in “Cucina Italiana” of that year. Our Carbonaras are served in a glass jar, which keeps the pasta creamy and hot, or on a plate upon request. Eggs has two strengths since its inception: the raw materials, all selected and of high quality, and the warm and pleasant atmosphere, thanks to the friendliness and direct relationship with the chef and wait staff.
