Thanks to the keypads, you can independently access your apartments.
The necessary codes and information will be provided to you the day before your arrival.
CHARMSUITE is still available to you by chat or voice at
+39 3355321124 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. 7/7.
After 10h30, you may leave your luggage in your accommodation and take your keys with you while waiting for cleaning. Access depends on the schedule and you will be notified on the day.
Please do not open your luggage, you will make it difficult for our staff to clean.
As you know it is mandatory to register your documents, please return the completed editable PDF form which we will send you via WHATSAPP along with other information the day before your arrival.
Alternatively, you can send us photos:

of the completed form that you will find in your room upon arrival.
We will be responsible for transferring to the police headquarters in a secure mode through the dedicated website.
We will be forced to report to Booking and the relevant authorities the failure to submit documents
We have tried to equip our facilities with the most extensive equipment based on the requests we have received in these more than 12 years of experience. But if you can’t find something, or can’t make it work, please contact us immediately. We would like to make your stay worry-free!
We thank you in advance for favorable reviews, but report in advance what does not meet your expectations: we may look for a solution, you will not ruin your stay and we will ruin our reputation.
The STAY TAX was not paid at the time of booking and must be settled in Rome before your departure. We collect it and transfer the full amount to the City of Rome. This is 5€ per person per night. Please put the money in the envelope you will find with the form and place it in the white mailbox you will find at the entrance.
CHECK-OUT:
To allow the arrival of the next guest, as happened with you, please leave the accommodation by 10h30. Please send us a short video of the rooms. Reports of damages, breakdowns and breakages are welcome.
After checking out, you can leave your luggage in the lockers at the entrance. Put your keys back where you found them-you can pick up your luggage using the same codes.
For special requests please notify us a few days before your arrival.
All inappropriate behavior, failure to submit documents and pay the accommodation fee will be reported to BOOKING COM and, inevitably, to the appropriate authorities.
